Greetings, Dear Readers. Happy New Year!
One of my goals for 2026 is to expand my digital footprint as much as possible, which translates into more audio content, increased visibility with more paths to discovery. I can think of no better way than to optimize the content I already have. For the past couple of years, my YouTube channel has been my priority, and it remains so, however not so much at the expense of my other endeavors as it has been. By now, all of my professionally narrated audiobooks are free on my channel. However, most listeners, I dare say, prefer ad-free listening. And audiobooks are expensive.
That’s one of the reasons I have decided to bundle select audiobooks, for instance by theme, for listener convenience. Want a collection of stories where Darcy and Elizabeth’s first meeting is not in Hertfordshire? I have plans for that. What of stories with rivals vying for Darcy or Elizabeth’s affections? Expect that too!
In order to sell them on Audible, companion eBooks are required on Amazon. ACX requires Rights Holders to claim their books from Amazon before the platform can be used to generate and distribute audiobooks.
Which brings me to my new release news, of sorts. It’s a new book bundle titled Darcy and the Young Knight’s Quest. Readers who have enjoyed my stories for a while very likely already own the stories in this series and wonder why a ‘new’ book bundle. Let’s just go with ACX/Audible made me do it.
On another note, this bundle allows new readers and listeners alike to enjoy a longtime reader favorite with three eBooks in one and three audiobooks for one credit. Ideally, those who already own these stories, whether eBook and/or audiobook, will not mistakenly purchase them again.
