Greetings! It is hard to believe I have not shared my YouTube content creator journey here since February 2025. At that time, my greatest wish was to reach 3,000 subscribers. I wondered if it would take a week, a month, or even a year. Turns out it took six months, and as of today, my subscriber count is approaching 3,600—making my next important milestone 4,000 subscribers.
Another exciting milestone occurred when the total views on my channel reached 750,000.
The momentous occasion occurred just three months ago in August. With close to 824,000 views as of today, here’s hoping for that first million in the months to come.
I also introduced a new feature—YouTube Channel Memberships. I launched it in September 2025 after being strongly incentivized to do so by YouTube, and I am excited to announce I have eleven members. Why so much excitement over what seems a drop in the bucket? As the saying goes, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. How can I not be excited that members of my community wish to support me above and beyond just listening to and enjoying my YouTube content in such a special way.
In addition to early access to full-length audiobooks with minimal to no ads and select member-only ad-free professionally narrated audiobooks, members earn lovely monthly badges.

My full-length audiobooks available on YouTube have grown substantially as well. I have previously discussed my decision to introduce professional human voice replicas to expand my channel and what a difference it has made. Some audience members are not inclined to listen to human voice replicated audiobooks, which is understandable. What I am finding is this offset in viewership is not reflected in revenue. Indeed, revenues are higher, relatively speaking, for these stories. Of course, they are newer content and not available elsewhere, so maybe there’s that.

This time, listeners can choose between two narrators—Christopher and Lily—both ElevenLabs listener favorites. Truth be told, I could not decide between a male or female reader for this story, so I left the choice to the listener. After all, who does not appreciate options?
